Electrical Installation Supervisor / Electrician Supervisor, Caerphilly, Up to £33,000, Days based role

 

Summary
A great opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Installation Supervisor to join a manufacturer based in Caerphilly, South Wales. The role is a days’ based position working Monday-Friday. A full UK drivers licence is required as the role will involve travelling to locations throughout the UK.

 

The Role
You will be responsible for supervising and providing technical support and assistance to a small team of electricians. Duties will include:

  • Attending site meetings
  • Organising materials
  • Organising workload
  • Carrying out Risk assessments on automatic gates
  • Admin work – (RAMS/Technical files/quotations)
  • Help develop new areas of the business – CCTV & Access control
  • The role will also involve carrying out installations where required finding on gate control systems

 

The Candidate

  • Electrical qualifications
  • 17th edition electrician would be advantageous
  • Knowledge in CCTV, Access Control and Automatic gates
  • Previous supervisory skills would be advantageous
  • Good electrical technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of safety circuits/safety relays
  • Good customer skills
  • Good fault-finding skills
  • High standard of work
  • Follow electrical schematic drawings

 

The Package
You can expect to achieve circa £30,000 (depending on experience), working DAYS Monday – Friday (with plenty of available overtime) and a company van.
